cocube acts as a technology service provider and does not itself organize, host, or control events unless explicitly stated.

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

cocube reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Event Content & Responsibility

Event details, schedules, pricing, speakers, and content are provided by event organizers.

cocube does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of event information.

Any disputes related to event execution, refunds, or cancellations must be resolved with the event organizer unless otherwise stated.

6. Payments & Transactions (If Applicable)

Payments made through cocube are processed via third-party payment gateways.

cocube does not store sensitive payment information.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the event organizer’s refund policy.

cocube is not liable for failed or delayed transactions caused by external payment providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

Logos

Designs

Software

Trademarks

are the intellectual property of cocube or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

cocube may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, messaging, payment gateways).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
